The Role
As a Product Analyst in Data, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, and technology teams to develop and enhance fixed income data products and pipelines. You will be an integral member of multiple Agile Scrum teams, driving the delivery of innovative solutions while supporting the continuous improvement of existing products.
How You'll Help Take Us There
- Collaborate with product teams to analyze and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables for the development team.
- Conduct detailed data process analysis to understand workflows and provide clear specifications for new features and enhancements.
- Support backlog management, ensuring features and user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and organized across multiple teams and sprints.
- Write and elaborate user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation for development.
- Assist in the planning and facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, including DSU, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Production support triage and first line of communication with client / internal stakeholders. Help in investigation and resolution of PS.
- Continuously develop expertise in the products and data sets your teams are building and maintaining.
What We’re Looking for
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and process writing skills.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with RDBMS concepts and basic SQL queries.
- Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira and Jira Align.
- Familiarity with documentation and diagramming tools (MS Visio, Word, Excel).
- Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis (no visa sponsorship required now or in the future).

For job positions in NYC, NY, and other locations where required, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $65,000 USD to $90,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for annual cash incentives, equity, and other benefit programs.
