About the role

We are seeking a Product Analyst to support the Product organization by executing foundational product and operational tasks that enable Product Managers to focus on strategy and roadmap execution. This is a junior, execution-focused role responsible for gathering requirements, coordinating internal workflows, supporting certification and partner readiness activities, and maintaining product documentation.


The Product Analyst will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and external partners to ensure accurate execution of product initiatives. This role is highly detail-oriented and requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the VP, Product.

What you'll do


Product Execution & Process Support

  • Own assigned workstreams for product initiatives, helping move work from planning through delivery while identifying risks, recommending next steps, and supporting execution against business priorities.
  • Review business and product requirements, identify gaps or risks, and develop recommendations with Product Managers and cross-functional partners.
  • Translate product needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria to support effective delivery.
  • Manage assigned product artifacts, including backlog items, release documentation, and related materials, and recommend updates based on delivery needs, business priorities, and stakeholder input.
  • Manage competing priorities by identifying issues early and recommending adjustments to timelines, deliverables, or processes as needed.

Partner Coordination

  • Manage assigned partner-related workstreams across internal teams and external stakeholders, helping drive alignment on requirements, deliverables, and execution plans.
  • Review partner requirements and deliverables, identify dependencies or concerns, and drive alignment on next steps.
  • Create and manage documentation, test materials, and related artifacts, and recommend updates needed to support implementation and certification efforts.
  • Raise issues proactively, recommend solutions, and partner with stakeholders to keep work moving forward.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and other teams to align on priorities, dependencies, and next steps.
  • Facilitate alignment on timelines, deliverables, priorities, and dependencies.
  • Bring together stakeholder input, surface blockers or tradeoffs, and recommend practical next steps.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and support resolution efforts to keep initiatives on track.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze product, operational, and partner data to provide insights on progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and manage dashboards, reporting tools, and status updates that provide visibility into progress, risks, and priorities and support stakeholder decisions.
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis to support product improvements and operational planning.

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Own assigned workflows, documentation standards, and supporting processes, and recommend improvements that enhance quality, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team processes and help implement enhancements that support stronger execution.
  • Maintain documentation for product features, workflows, and certification requirements to support internal teams and external partners.
  • Utilize internal tools, sandboxes, and testing environments to identify issues affecting readiness or execution, and recommend appropriate follow-up actions.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a product, business analyst, operations, or similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify issues, assess risks, and recommend practical solutions
  • Ability to analyze information and support decision-making with clear recommendations
  • Basic understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to create and maintain accurate documentation
  • Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Familiarity with payment industry concepts is a plus
