About the role

The Product Marketing Associate at LifeMD bridges the gap between digital healthcare innovation and strategic business growth. This role focuses on optimizing patient experience and retention for women's health services while supporting B2B enterprise and strategic partnerships. 

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Coordination: Coordinate with the growth team to design multi-channel marketing initiatives to drive awareness for women’s health services
  • Engagement & Journey Mapping: Optimize the clinical and non-clinical journey post acquisition with the goal of keeping patients engaged and supported throughout their care plan
  • Product Support: Assist in managing the product roadmap for women’s health solutions, ensuring new features align with patient needs and enterprise requirements
  • Enterprise Enablement: Develop sales collateral and marketing materials specifically for enterprise clients, such as health systems and corporate partners
  • Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and analyze consumer trends within the women's health sector to identify growth opportunities
  • Voice of the Patient: Analyze feedback and satisfaction data to identify friction points and advocate for product improvements
  • Analytics: Monitor and report on key metrics like CAC, retention, and lifetime value
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise between marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end patient experience

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
  • 1+ years in marketing or product coordination, preferably within telehealth or digital health
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and digital marketing analytics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the telehealth or digital health space
  • Familiarity with women’s health trends and B2B enterprise buying cycles
