As a Product Delivery Manager in Securitized Products Group (SPG) Mortgage Finance Lending, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
Job responsibilities
  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Develops and executes the strategic roadmap for the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) SPG Mortgage Finance platform, aligning with the firm's residential and commercial lending objectives and growth strategies
  • Assists in overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and ongoing enhancements, ensuring the platform delivers value to our clients and stakeholders
  • Assists in leading and mentoring high-performing team of product managers, supporting engineers/developers, front office, and middle office teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, and external partners, to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, lead and participate in UAT and regression testing and drive successful product outcomes
  • Stays abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy and ensure the CIB SPG Mortgage Finance platform remains competitive and compliant
  • Identifies and mitigates risks associated with product development and deployment, ensuring robust controls and governance are in place
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance, user satisfaction, and business impact, driving continuous improvement

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Previous experience leading business requirement sessions with Product, Technology, Front Office (Business), and Middle Office (Operations) to include documented business requirements for development by technology teams
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable product plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Good understanding of residential and commercial mortgage lending processes and technology platforms, particularly mortgage warehouse lending applications or similar systems
  • Applying Agile Scrum methodologies and practices; use of Jira for planning, tracking, and managing software development projects
  • Use of qTest or comparable for planning, managing, and tracking UAT and regression testing activities
