What You’ll Do
  • Design user centric interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms that align with the company’s vision

  • Translate complex DeFi concepts into intuitive, visually compelling designs for a mainstream audience

  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and execute solutions

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs iteratively

  • Define and maintain the design system, ensuring visual consistency and scalability

  • Stay up to date with design trends and best practices in both consumer and Web3 products

Who You Are
  • Must have worked on a leading consumer product, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful designs and userfriendly interfaces

  • Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or Protopie

  • Demonstrated experience in creating designs that balance functionality with exceptional visual appeal

  • A user-centered approach, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, elegant designs
