Our infrastructure makes stablecoins usable in the real world by powering credit card transactions, cross-border payments, B2B purchases, remittances, and more. We partner with fintechs, neobanks, and institutions to help them launch solutions that are global, inclusive, and efficient. What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end design for core features across our ecosystem

• Create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI that balances user needs with regulatory nuance

• Contribute to and evolve our internal design system

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ship, test, and iterate on meaningful product experiences
  

You’re a fit if you:

• Thrive in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments

• Have 5+ years of experience

• Know how to simplify the complex through design

• Have experience designing in fintech, payments, or highly regulated spaces (a plus)

• Obsess over craft, and ship with purpose

Compensation will vary based on experience from $75,000-$150,000
