At Everbridge, we help the world’s most important organizations respond to critical events, keeping people safe and businesses running. As a fast-growing global provider of SaaS-based critical communication and enterprise safety solutions, we’re looking for a nimble, customer-first Product Designer who can deliver both exceptional UX and polished visuals in a highly iterative, agile environment. You’ll work on end-to-end product experiences — from concept to high-fidelity UI to AI Prototypes — collaborating with experienced design leads, product managers, and engineers.
We’re not a rigid process shop; instead, we value adaptable, self-starting designers who thrive with loose guidelines, can juggle multiple projects, and bring both design thinking and visual craft to the table. If you’re collaborative, ego-free, and ready to grow your skills while contributing to impactful, user-centered solutions, we’d love to talk.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end product experiences — from early concepts to pixel-perfect UI — for web and mobile.
- Be well-versed in basic usability heuristics, design thinking, and design aesthetics —and apply those methods iteratively while working within loose process guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other Designers in a highly iterative, agile workflow.
- Own both UX flows and high-fidelity visual design (this is not a researcher or wireframer role).
- Present work clearly and confidently to peers, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, solving problems with creativity, pragmatism and grace.
- Use Figma to produce designs, prototypes, and component-based layouts.
What you'll bring:
- 2–5 years of product design experience, ideally with complex, enterprise SaaS products
- Strong portfolio showing UX and UI work across multiple products.
- Proficiency in Figma (must-have) and familiarity with Jira.
- Enterprise Software Experience
- Understanding of basic agile principles and workflows.
- Strong presentation skills — articulate, friendly, and confident in front of a room.
- Ability to self-start, prioritize, and manage multiple projects at once.
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset and no-ego approach to teamwork.
Bonus Points
- Experience using generative AI for design research, persona creation, or prompt construction.
- Hands-on with Figma Make, v0, or Bolt for prototyping.
- Knowledge of design systems and component-driven design.
- Familiarity with the Critical Event Management or Emergency Management domain.
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $94,500 - $126,000 and may also include variable compensation.
