About this roleWe believe great design is essential to building trusted financial products. Our customers rely on us to help them understand their cash flow, make financial decisions, and run their businesses with confidence. In this role, you’ll help design clear, intuitive interfaces for complex financial workflows - turning raw data, money movement, and financial controls into products that feel simple and reliable.
You’ll be a core contributor to the design of our fintech platform, working closely with product and engineering to shape how brand founders interact with their finances every day.
Responsibilities
Design end-to-end product experiences for financial workflows such as payments, financial workflows and controls
Translate complex financial concepts and customer needs into simple, intuitive, and trustworthy interfaces
Work closely with product and engineers to scope, iterate, and ship quickly
Collaborate with customers as needed to validate assumptions and refine designs
Contribute to shared design principles and patterns across the product
Help build a strong product and design culture through thoughtful collaboration
Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a product designer, ideally on fintech, financial tools, or SMB products with a product-led growth approach
Comfort designing workflow-driven products; understanding (or interest in learning) of basic financial concepts as applied to SMB businesses
High craft and strong UX rigor with a thoughtful focus on hierarchy, interaction, and polish that turns complexity into intuitive experiences
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams
Demonstrated ability to make thoughtful tradeoffs between clarity, usability, and scope in complex systems
