About Titan

Titan is an award-winning wealth manager with a mission to increase our generation’s compound growth rate. We plan to do this by putting a human wealth advisor in every pocket. Historically, wealth managers have been accessible to only the ultra-wealthy. With Titan, they’re available to everyone. We harness frontier technologies like artificial intelligence to build a platform that gives advisors superpowers, enabling them to serve clients they historically never could. Backed by a16z, General Catalyst, Sam Altman, and many others, we manage over $1 billion in assets for clients across the country.

Why Join Titan

For the right person, we believe Titan will be one of the most rewarding jobs they ever have.

  • Ambitious Vision: When we put private wealth management in every pocket, we’ll make a legacy-defining impact in growing our generation’s wealth to new heights.

  • Critical Why Now: The advent of LLMs unlocks our vision to democratize personalized wealth management for everyone. This drives our urgency every day.

  • Disproportionate Impact: We’re still at the beginning of our journey with a small team, which means your impact at Titan will disproportionately matter.

  • Vibrant In-Person Culture: We thrive on being a high-touch team, working together in the trenches in person (you’ll see our founders in office every day).

  • Compensation: Titan offers competitive cash compensation and well-above-market equity packages because we want every team member to be an owner.

  • World-Class Investors: We’re backed by top investors who share our bold vision, including a16z, General Catalyst, Y Combinator, and Sam Altman.

Role Overview

Titan is rethinking what modern wealth advisory looks like using AI, thoughtful product design, and great engineering to bring high-quality financial guidance to a much broader audience.

As a Product Designer at Titan, you’ll work at the intersection of consumer AI and financial advisory, helping design products that guide users through complex, high-stakes decisions with clarity and confidence. This isn’t surface-level UI work. You’ll be shaping experiences where trust, sequencing, and precision matter—turning intricate, multi-step workflows into products that feel simple and intuitive.

You’ll partner closely with product and engineering on a small, fast-moving team, influencing not just how the product looks, but how it works. If you’re excited by designing systems—not just screens—and want to help define the future of advisory through technology, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Design complex, multi-step consumer flows across mobile and web

  • Turn complicated logic, edge cases, and multi-step decisions into clear and intuitive user journeys

  • Own design work end-to-end: problem definition → UX → UI → shipped product

  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

  • Sweat the details around states, errors, and moments where users might get confused

  • Iterate quickly based on feedback, usage data, and real-world behavior

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of product design experience on consumer products

  • Strong foundation in design thinking, craft, and execution
Proven experience designing complex workflows with multiple steps, conditions, and outcomes

  • Comfortable designing products with high cognitive load and reducing friction without oversimplifying

  • Solid mobile experience (iOS/Android); consumer mobile design is required

  • Experience working on small teams where designers are close to decisions and outcomes

  • Product-oriented mindset: you care deeply about how the system works, not just how it looks

Bonus Points

  • Experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated consumer products

  • Experience designing AI-powered user flows (multi-step, conversational, or agent-like workflows, think tools similar to Claude)

  • Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces with evolving requirements
