We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Product / Developer Enablement Engineer to join our Emerging Technologies team. This role bridges the gap between cutting-edge technology platforms and the developers who use them. You will play a key part in accelerating developer adoption, improving platform usability, and driving innovation through automation, documentation, and enablement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Developer Enablement:
Help developers onboard, adopt, and effectively use emerging technology platforms through guidance, documentation, and technical support. - Scripting & Automation:
Create and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance developer productivity. - Technical Documentation:
Write clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation, onboarding guides, and tutorials to help internal and external developers quickly understand and use our tools. - Troubleshooting & Support:
Diagnose, debug, and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining a strong customer service mindset and collaborating closely with platform teams. - Collaboration & Feedback Integration:
Work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to collect feedback, identify pain points, and contribute to improving platform tools, APIs, and documentation. - Cloud Services Expertise:
Support integrations and deployments across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments. - Containerization & Orchestration:
Build and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. - Version Control & CI/CD:
Use Git and modern CI/CD practices to manage source code, releases, and collaboration across teams. - Machine Learning Enablement:
Support developers integrating machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn into products and workflows. - Data Integration & Workflow Automation:
Assist in designing and maintaining data pipelines using tools like Apache Kafka and Airflow for ETL and real-time analytics.
- 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, developer enablement, or platform engineering (10+ years preferred).
- Strong scripting and automation experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and data integration pipelines.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for enabling others through technology.
- Prior experience supporting developer platforms, SDKs, or internal tools.
- Exposure to DevRel or Developer Advocacy environments.
- Strong problem-solving ability and ownership mentality.
- Excitement for emerging technologies and innovation enablement.
