Product Engineer

Product Engineer

We’re looking for a product-oriented engineer to work closely with our product lead and CTO to shape, prototype, and ship product experiences.

This is not a traditional PM role. You’ll talk to customers, explore workflows, prototype ideas, and contribute to building the product.

What you’ll do

• Join early client conversations to understand workflows and pain points

• Turn ambiguous needs into clear product directions

• Define and contribute to short and long-term roadmap

• Create wireframes, flows, and product specs

• Prototype quickly using modern tools and AI

• Validate ideas before full implementation

• Contribute to building features when needed

What we’re looking for

• 4–8 years in product engineering, technical PM, or full-stack roles

• Strong product sense and UX intuition

• Coding experience with Python and/or Typescript

• Ability to prototype independently

• Comfortable with APIs, web apps, and modern stacks

• Strong communication and customer understanding

• Hands-on with AI tools for fast iteration

Nice to have

• Experience with AI or automation products

• Startup experience
