Tabs is the leading AI-native revenue platform for modern finance and accounting teams. Tabs agents automates the entire contract-to-cash lifecycle, including billing, collections, revenue recognition, and reporting, to help teams eliminate manual work and accelerate cash flow.

High-growth companies like Cursor and Statsig rely on Tabs to generate invoices directly from contracts, reconcile payments in real time, and automate ASC 606 compliance.

Founded in 2023, Tabs has raised over $91 million from Lightspeed Venture Partners, General Catalyst, and Primary. The team is headquartered in New York and brings deep expertise in finance and AI.

About the Role

As Launch Program Manager, you will be the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and every customer-facing team at Tabs. This is a senior individual contributor role that leads through influence, owning the end-to-end coordination of product launches, customer migrations, and ongoing adoption of product features.

Today, no single owner exists to bridge the gap between 'product shipped' and 'customers successfully adopting and seeing value.' That gap is your mandate. You will build the systems, relationships, and playbooks to close it — and in doing so, become the default coordination layer for everything Tabs ships.

What You'll Do

New Product Launches

  • Drive go-live readiness across every new product or major feature launch, coordinating Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Implementation, Customer Success, and Support

  • Define and manage phased launch cohorts for beta and pilot programs

  • Manage the delivery of internal enablement materials and coordination with PMM on customer-facing assets

  • Run post-launch retrospectives and feed learnings into a living launch playbook

Customer Launch Planning

  • Own planning and execution across 3–5 major programs, including feature launches and migrations

  • Coordinate between Product/Engineering and customer-facing teams to drive resolution

Product Adoption

  • Maintain a real-time view of adoption health across key product areas, flagging customers who are live but under-utilizing important features

  • Partner with CS, Marketing, and Product to design and run targeted adoption programs for at-risk or low-adoption segments

  • Surface adoption signals back to Product to inform roadmap prioritization

  • Define what 'successfully adopted' means for each product area and track against it

Who You Are

  • 5–7 years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS (product, strategy, operations) or consulting

  • Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional programs to completion by leading through influence and process

  • Strong systems thinking: you can zoom out to see the whole program and zoom in to identify exactly where things are breaking down

  • Excellent communication: you write clearly, run tight meetings, and know how to translate between technical and non-technical audiences

  • Exceptional organizational skills: you thrive with many moving pieces, tracking programs, surfacing the right information to the right people, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

  • Comfort operating at the intersection of Product/Engineering and customer-facing teams

  • High ownership mentality: you don't wait to be asked, and you don't hand things off without a clear plan

Additional Information

This role is based in New York City, 5 days a week at our Soho office. Tabs is a high-execution, fully in-person team backed by Lightspeed, General Catalyst, and Primary Venture Partners, with $90M+ raised.
