The Wealth Escrow and Payments Product Manager (C13) will play a pivotal role in supporting the product management, strategic direction, and solutions for Escrow Agent Services, and Business and Consumer clients’ money movement across banking & treasury management. This individual will be responsible for the continuous maintenance and strategic growth of the Escrow Agent Services and payments product offering, with a strong focus on enhancing operational efficiency, driving product enhancements, promoting products, digitizing client experience, promote STP (straight through processing), increase market share, and raise and managing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs). The role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and leading initiatives to implement best practices within the Escrow and Wealth payments product lifecycle.

  • Support Escrow & Payments Product : Assist Product Management team in all aspects of product management, including strategy development, roadmap planning, and performance monitoring.
  • Regulatory Book of Work: meet multiple deliverables to comply with regulations and industry mandates.  Includes payment processing controls and product risk and control efforts
  • Corrective Action Plans (CAPs): Take a leading role in the support and execution of Corrective Action Plans, ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Process Efficiency: Drive the identification, analysis, and implementation of process efficiencies across the Escrow Agent Services product, and Payment processes aiming to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • Product Enhancements: Lead initiatives for product enhancements from concept to launch, collaborating with technology, operations, legal, risk, and sales teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs and market demands.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management) and external partners to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, assess market trends, and inform product strategy.
  • Documentation and Training: Ensure comprehensive documentation for all product features, processes, and enhancements. Support the development and delivery of training materials for internal teams.
  • Risk and Compliance: Ensure all product activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.
  • Platform & Process: Proven experience supporting bankers, clients, and operations for comprehensive Escrow and payment process solutions, and a deep understanding of Escrow and payment service processes.
  • Experience in leveraging AI and advanced analytics for process automation, fraud risk mitigation, and enhancing control environments.

Recommended Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Escrow Agent Services and Payments Platforms
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree. Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
