What you will do

  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Sendbird's AI Agent, establishing it as the industry's leading platform for proactive, omnichannel customer engagement.
  • Translate the strategic vision into concrete business outcomes, owning key metrics for the AI Agent product line, including customer satisfaction (CSAT), agent autonomy/resolution rates, churn reduction, and adoption across our diverse customer segments.
  • Master the entire AI agent technology stack, from LLM selection and evaluation (e.g., Claude, Solar, Llama2) to RAG pipelines, vector stores, and agentic orchestration frameworks, making informed build-vs-buy decisions that accelerate our roadmap.
  • Evangelize the AI Agent vision internally to stakeholders and externally to customers, partners, and the developer community, creating a powerful feedback loop that continuously informs the product roadmap.
  • Set and deliver OKRs across the core AI Agent pillars, from creation and evaluation to customer insights and human collaboration.
  • Lead 0 → 1 and 1 → n launches, moving fast while upholding a bar-raising product-quality standard.
  • Continuously raise execution velocity and quality, inventing processes that let us iterate quickly without compromise.

Who you are

  • Customer-Obsessed. You have a proven track record of building products that customers love. You can effortlessly switch between thinking about the needs of a developer integrating an API, a business user configuring a no-code workflow, and an end-user having a conversation with your agent.
  • Deeply Technical and Curious. You have hands-on experience with AI/ML products and are comfortable diving deep into technical discussions on topics like RAG, multi-agent systems, and LLM fine-tuning. You understand both the "how" and the "what."
  • An Outcome-Driven Builder. You have a strong bias for action and a history of shipping high-impact products. You are motivated by moving metrics and solving real-world customer problems, not just by the technology itself.
  • A Master of Influence and Communication. You excel at cross-functional leadership, building consensus, and communicating complex ideas with clarity and conviction to audiences ranging from engineers to C-level executives.

What you will bring

  • 2+ years of product management experience, with at least 1+ years focused on building and launching AI/ML-powered products (experience with conversational AI, LLMs, or agentic systems is a significant plus).
  • A strong technical foundation, demonstrated through a relevant degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent professional experience working directly with AI/ML engineering and data science teams.
  • Experience with API-first products, developer platforms, or SaaS platforms. You understand how to build for and market to a developer audience as well as less technical audiences.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with experience defining product metrics, running A/B tests, and using data to make informed decisions and drive product growth.
  • Business-level proficiency in English
