Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- MBA degree is a plus.
Work Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in product management, technology solutions, or platform-oriented roles
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex technical products
- Exposure to AI, data platforms, or modern digital architectures preferred
- Demonstrated ability to operate in cross-functional, matrixed environments
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Working knowledge of software engineering principles and modern AI/data platforms (GenAI, RAG, agents, analytics, automation)
- Ability to break down complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and delivery plans
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences
- Structured problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with evolving requirements
- Strong collaboration skills and stakeholder management discipline
- Familiarity with Agile/Lean product development practices
- High attention to detail with the ability to zoom out to understand broader portfolio context
Travel Requirements
- Up to 50% of the time

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Job Summary
The Product Manager – AI Native Engineering supports the development, launch, and scaling of WWT’s AI-native platforms and offerings. This role partners closely with the Senior Product Manager to execute the product vision, translate strategy into delivery-ready plans, and ensure offerings are built, packaged, and enabled for real-world adoption.
This role is ideal for a strong execution-oriented product manager who:
- Operates comfortably between engineering, delivery, and GTM teams
- Translates strategy into actionable roadmaps and requirements
- Brings structured thinking to ambiguous problem spaces
- Learns quickly in fast-evolving AI and data ecosystems
- Balances speed, quality, and commercial outcomes
Job Responsibilities:
- Support ownership of AI-native offerings through the full engineering lifecycle
- Partner with the Senior Product Manager to translate portfolio strategy into executable roadmaps and delivery plans
- Act as a day-to-day product liaison with Engineering, Partnerships, Enablement, and Delivery teams
- Define and maintain detailed service offering artifacts
- Coordinate cross-team execution, helping surface risks, tradeoffs, and sequencing decisions
- Incorporate customer, partner, and field feedback into backlog prioritization and iteration cycles
- Support partner integrations by coordinating requirements, timelines, and validation activities
- Contribute to GTM readiness by supporting messaging inputs, use cases, enablement materials, and documentation
- Track and report on product metrics such as adoption, reuse, delivery efficiency, and customer feedback
- Assist with portfolio governance activities, lifecycle updates, and business case inputs
