We are looking for a Product Manager to join our public safety analytics team. In this role, you’ll own both the vision and execution of our analytics product, driving its direction and ensuring it delivers meaningful insights to first responders and agency leaders. You’ll connect the dots between stakeholder needs, technical capabilities, and user impact, making sure our tools help agencies make smarter, faster, and more informed decisions in the field and at the command level.

What You’ll Do
If you were part of our team last week, you might have:
  • Met with public safety professionals to gather insights on how they use our analytics products and translated their needs into product requirements.
  • Prioritized backlog items in partnership with engineering leads, making sure upcoming sprints aligned with product roadmap goals.
  • Defined user stories and acceptance criteria for new reporting capabilities.
  • Partnered with UX designers to refine a dashboard experience based on agency feedback.
  • Presented feature adoption metrics to internal stakeholders and used the insights to shape the next iteration.
  • Participated in a sprint grooming session and ensured user stories were ready for development.
  • Drafted client-facing release notes for newly launched analytics features.
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for a Product Manager with at least 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, including a minimum of 2 years working directly on an analytics product. That experience should also include:
  • Working closely with cross-functional engineering teams on technical products
  • Strong communication skills, especially when interfacing with external clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proven success launching products and features into production environments
  • A solid grasp of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Our team is remote-friendly across approved U.S. states, with offices in New York, Boston, and Manchester, UK. We welcome applicants based anywhere in our approved locations.
 
We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a target base annual salary range of $160,000 to $200,000 plus bonus opportunity, company stock options, and a full benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401k. Please be aware that a candidates experience level and geographic location will be used to determine a competitive base salary. The higher end of this range is applicable to experienced candidates in the New York metro and Bay Area.
