  • Partner with sales to scope technical feasibility during enterprise deals

  • Work closely with engineering to build robust, well-documented APIs and integration frameworks

  • Collaborate with customer success to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing partner satisfaction

  • Balance competing stakeholder needs while maintaining platform integrity and scalability

  • Define platform metrics and success criteria for enterprise partnerships

Who You Are
  • 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on enterprise products

  • Skilled at saying no to one-off customizations while finding the 80% solution that works for many

  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and platform architecture

  • Excellent at translating enterprise customer needs into scalable product requirements

  • Experienced in managing complex stakeholder landscapes across sales, engineering, and customer success

  • Comfortable navigating enterprise sales cycles and customer dynamics

  • Strategic thinker who can balance short-term customer requests with long-term platform vision

  • Clear communicator who can explain technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Someone who is comfortable with managing external stakeholders and presents well at external meetings

Nice to Have
  • Experience building API products or developer platforms

  • Background in healthcare IT, EMR integrations, or health system partnerships

  • Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare data standards

  • Previous experience with enterprise SaaS or B2B marketplace products

  • Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, BAA, etc.)

  • Track record of scaling platform products from early customers to broad adoption
