Product Manager, Digital Money Transfer About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to support our Digital Money Transfer solutions encompassing the strategy, product roadmap, and capabilities behind a send and receive money experience.  These experiences are most important at MoneyGram for customer acquisition, engagement and retention, with strong demand across the organization and a clear path to deliver impact.

You’ll be responsible for scaling a smarter, faster, and safer digital money transfer across markets and surfaces with the support of the money transfer team and product leadership. This is a high-impact role with wide visibility and the opportunity to shape how MoneyGram drives repeat use, customer advocacy, and personalized engagement.

You’ll join a growing product team that’s rethinking how we acquire, engage and retain customers across every touchpoint. Digital money transfer is at the core of how MoneyGram shows up for customers and with MoneyGram Online the role will be instrumental in further developing the strong foundation via web and app, while also enabling new experiments, features and services  — partnering closely with product, engineering, analytics, design and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive a step change in results.

What You’ll Own

Digital Money Transfer Product

  • Deliver the money transfer product strategy to drive new customer conversion, returning customer engagement and retention of both segments through customer research, data analysis and competitive landscape and insights
  • Support the development and delivery of a product roadmap that is grounded on customer insights, metrics and performance data — balancing speed, scale and metric performance that is aligned with the product vision and strategy.
  • Design, run and measure experiments to test improvements to the money transfer flow that drive the most impact by segment, use case, and market
  • Accountable for product performance (output metrics) – such as end-to-end money transfer conversion, retention and engagement rates by geography and customer segments.
  • Support cross-surface orchestration (web, app, CRM, agent), enabling safe and fast deployment via internal tools
  • Coordinate with key cross functional domains to deliver on product objectives and roadmap
What You Bring:
  • Prior experience in engineering, analytics and/or product, ideally focused on remittances, money movement or consumer fintech products
  • Proven success in launching new solutions, optimization of customer facing experiences and experimentation with cross functional partners
  • Strong analytical skills — you ground product decisions in impact and can work across messy data and proxy signals
  • Experience working on systems with high compliance, operational, or fraud considerations
  • Comfortable with ambiguous problem spaces — able to move from zero-to-one with clarity and momentum
  • Ability to zoom in and out: from customer experience details to long-term roadmap vision
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, especially across engineering, marketing, analytics, and operations
We’re looking for a product manager who can:
  • Connect the dots across customer insights, business needs, and technical feasibility
  • Thrive in ambiguity and build structure where it doesn’t yet exist
  • Drive measurable outcomes while building long-term product and platform foundations
  • Balance speed with thoughtfulness — knowing when to test vs. when to scale
  • Earn trust across stakeholders through clarity, ownership, and transparency
