At Yext, we’re transforming how businesses manage their digital presence across search, social, reviews, and AI-powered discovery. We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to drive high-impact, data-informed initiatives that accelerate product-led growth across our entire customer base; from single-location businesses to global enterprises.

This role is all about delivering results. You’ll own the growth funnel across self-serve and sales-assisted motions, designing experiences that attract, convert, onboard, and expand users with precision and scale. You’ll obsess over time-to-value, customer activation, and expansion through upsell and cross-sell. You’ll partner across Product, Marketing, Sales, Design, Data and Engineering to execute bold, data-driven strategies that unlock growth for both our customers and our business.

If you’re a Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of user behavior, business outcomes, and experimentation, and you have the tools to back it up, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and lead product-led growth initiatives that span the entire customer journey—from acquisition to expansion
  • Build seamless onboarding flows that reduce time to value and help users reach their “aha” moment faster
  • Create intelligent upsell and cross-sell experiences that drive account expansion and long-term retention
  • Leverage experimentation, personalization, and AI to continuously optimize conversion and engagement
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align product growth initiatives with go-to-market motions
  • Use data to understand friction in the customer journey and identify opportunities for lift across segments and touchpoints
  • Drive roadmap prioritization for growth features and collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-impact work
  • Advocate for the customer and bring clarity to complex trade-offs with a balance of speed and scalability
What You Have
  • 4–6 years of product management experience, with a focus on growth, martech, or customer experience in SaaS
  • Proven success leading product-led growth, onboarding, or monetization initiatives that drove measurable impact
  • Experience building solutions that work across a wide range of customer sizes and use cases—from SMB to enterprise
  • Strong quantitative skills and comfort digging into product analytics, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing
  • Strategic thinker with executional excellence—you balance vision with action
  • Familiarity with the AI and martech landscape and how those trends are reshaping the way businesses engage customers
  • Excellent communication skills—you can clearly articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment with a bias toward iteration, learning, and results
