About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager, Growth to own and optimize the entire user journey from first visit to engaged user. You'll be responsible for the acquisition, activation, and retention funnels that introduce millions of people to AI-powered healthcare.

This is a high-impact role where your experiments and insights will directly shape how people first experience Doctronic. You'll run rapid tests, analyze funnel metrics, and partner closely with marketing and engineering teams to build seamless onboarding experiences across web and mobile.

What You'll Do

  • Own the complete growth funnel from acquisition through activation and retention

  • Design and execute A/B tests to increase conversion at every stage of the user journey

  • Partner with marketing to optimize campaigns and landing pages that drive qualified traffic

  • Collaborate with engineering to build and refine onboarding flows across web and mobile platforms

  • Analyze user behavior data to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement

  • Set growth metrics and KPIs, then relentlessly drive them forward

  • Build a deep understanding of what makes users stick and become engaged with AI healthcare

  • Translate data insights into actionable product improvements

Who You Are
  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on growth or user acquisition

  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in A/B testing frameworks and funnel analysis

  • Fluent in growth metrics: conversion rates, activation rates, retention curves, cohort analysis

  • Data-driven decision maker who can balance quantitative insights with qualitative user feedback

  • Excellent collaborator who can work effectively across marketing, engineering, and design teams

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of moving fast in a startup environment

  • Healthcare experience is helpful but not required—passion for improving healthcare access is what matters

Nice to Have
  • Experience with healthcare or regulated industries

  • Background in consumer mobile apps or web products

  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)

  • Experience scaling products from early stage to mainstream adoption
