We're adding great talent to help achieve this mission, and that's where you come in!

We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to own Growth — one of the areas we're most excited to double down on. Growth, for us, means growth for our operators: the small businesses that Cents serves. In this role you'll own two equally important engines that drive it. The first is an AI-driven growth engine — the marketing tools that generate and nurture leads, the AI
customer communication that answers the phones and reaches out proactively, and the analytics and insights that shape every operator's growth strategy. The second is pickup & delivery — the mechanism that grows a retail store's business beyond its four walls and expands its market, built on top of the dispatch and delivery engine powering so much growth across the industry. You'll join the team managing these areas, working closely with cross-functional partners across engineering, design, sales, and marketing to define, build, and launch products that delight our customers and move the business forward. We're looking for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, understands customer needs deeply, and is ready to move quickly in an ever-changing technology landscape.

What You'll Own

  • Turn data into decisions by shipping AI-led analytics and insights that surface opportunities and driveeach operator's growth strategy.
  • 2. Pickup & Delivery

  • Extend the storefront by making pickup & delivery effortless for operators and their customers, from online ordering to the driver experience.
  • Scale the engine with route optimization, geofencing, the driver app, and gig economy integrations that make delivery reliable and profitable.
  • Open new markets by helping operators reach customers well beyond their physical location.

What You'll Do:

    Product Strategy & Roadmap
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product vision
and strategy across both growth areas.
    • Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with business goals.

    and pain points.

    reliable, and scalable solutions.
    • Monitor performance, track key metrics, and analyze user data to find areas to improve.
    • Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies and communication plans.

    Product Evangelism & Process
    • Educate internal and external stakeholders on product features and benefits, and represent the
roadmap to customers, partners, and at industry events.
    • Continuously improve product development processes and implement best practices.

What You'll Bring:

    • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally building SaaS or marketplace products for small
    and medium-sized businesses.
    • A self-starter who takes ownership, moves fast, and thrives amid ambiguity and a rapidly changing
    technology landscape.

    stakeholders around a shared roadmap.

Nice to Have:

    • Experience with AI/ML-powered products, marketing technology, or growth tooling.
    • Experience with logistics, delivery, dispatch, or routing products.
