POSITION OVERVIEW

This role requires strong familiarity with portfolio management concepts — particularly within insurance investing — and the ability to partner closely with investment teams to understand how they evaluate assets, manage exposures, and monitor risk. They should be comfortable engaging directly with portfolio managers to translate investment needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensure that technology solutions support real-world decision-making. This individual will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution—developing scalable products that improve transparency, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall user experience across insurance portfolios.

- Proactively identify workflow improvements, usability enhancements, and opportunities to strengthen collaboration across investment, operations, and engineering teams.
- Support continuous improvement by acting as a bridge between investment users and technical teams, ensuring product decisions are well-informed and aligned with business goals.
