As a Product Manager in the Intent Data Portfolio, you will be instrumental in building and enhancing the internal and external interfaces that enable Bombora and its customers to effectively manage and leverage our intent data. Your primary responsibility will be within the "Intent Management & Internal Tooling" domain, focusing on the Bombora UI, internal admin tools, and user experience. You will coordinate closely with data delivery teams and other product portfolios to ensure a cohesive and intuitive user experience across all Bombora products.

You will....

  • Responsible for Intent Data Management & Bombora UI:
    • Have a deep understanding of our intent data in order to develop an intuitive way for users to engage with, and act on insights derived from, our data.
    • Lead the product roadmap for the Bombora UI, including both the maintenance of legacy features and the development of new user interfaces.
    • Responsible for defining user stories, wireframes, and prototypes for enhancements and new features.
    • Utilize modern AI prototyping tools and work closely with engineering to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience for our customers.
    • Gather user feedback through various channels (interviews, surveys, analytics) to continuously improve the Bombora UI.
  • Manage Internal Tooling:
    • Define and manage the product roadmap for internal tooling, including the account management and administration.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Data Science, Customer Success) to understand their needs and develop tools that enhance efficiency and data management capabilities.
    • Oversee features related to user management and authentication within internal and external applications.
  • Delivery Overlap & Coordination:
    • Coordinate with the Data Delivery team to ensure UI and tooling effectively support various data delivery mechanisms (e.g., custom exports, API configuration).
    • Identify and implement user experience improvements related to how users interact with and configure data delivery settings.
  • Cross-Portfolio User Experience:
    • Collaborate closely with product managers from other portfolios to ensure a consistent and integrated user experience across all Bombora products and features.
    • Act as a champion for user-centered design principles within the Intent Data Portfolio.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and challenges to internal stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Agile Development: Work within an Agile development framework, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.

You have…

  • 3-5 years experience as a Product Manager in DAAS or SAAS space preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven record of developing and delivering impactful products
  • Proficiency in user research and prototyping frameworks
  • Proven experience collaborating at all levels of an organization
  • Understanding of big data and ability to translate advanced insights into compelling experiences

Compensation Package

  • The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $145,000 plus bonus.   Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and location
  • This role may be performed in or report to teams in states with pay-transparency laws; we disclose pay and benefits consistent with those laws
