AI for this role:
- In practice, that looks like pulling live context from your project management, design, and documentation tools so you're not writing requirements from a blank page.
- It looks like grounding priorities in data before bringing work to the roadmap, and spinning up a working prototype when a slide deck would take longer and say less.
- It looks like automating the repetitive parts of your workflow so the team spends its time on work that actually requires a human.
- And it looks like building prompt systems and workflow patterns that you share with the team, because good practices shouldn't stay siloed.
Our Product & UX team uses AI as a regular part of how work gets done, not as a novelty, and not as a shortcut, but as a genuine upgrade to the quality and speed of the work itself.
You don't need to have used every tool on day one. We do expect genuine curiosity, a willingness to build and share what you learn, and the discipline to own every output you put your name on, however it was made.
