Position Overview:

We are looking for a Mobile Product Manager to build and ship key features across the Masterworks apps while working with our mobile engineering team. Our Mobile PM will work cross-functionally with leadership, engineering, design, and other internal teams, to rapidly release features that help hundreds of thousands of investors allocate to art. Our ideal candidate has a deep familiarity working in high-growth environments within the investing space as well as a passion for financial products, especially mobile apps.

Key Tasks + Duties:

  • Ability to define and prioritize features related to use cases for our mobile app team
  • Lead a team of mobile engineers by defining the roadmap, managing daily standups, sprint planning, scoping/design sessions, and retrospectives
  • QA all features before releasing to production environment
  • Analyze results of features or work with others to do so

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in mobile product management in financial services
  • Familiarity using research, experimentation and product analytics to guide decision making
  • Experience writing technical requirement and working closely with engineers to develop features
  • Experience with fast iterations on mobile apps that use React Native
  • QA experience

Measurements of Success (first 2 months):

  • Gain knowledge of the overall product and shadow the different departments to see how they interact with the platform. Document functionality and use cases as you shadow departments.
  • Prioritize, plan and release 2-3 features. This includes writing the proper requirements, working with the dev team to build and test and releasing and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Interview and interact with all relevant internal stakeholders and engineering team.
  • Take the lead on a high-priority feature and ensure it gets built and delivered.

Additional Requirements: 

  • Must be able to work in the NYC office  - not a remote position
  • Must be authorized to work in the US - no exceptions

Compensation Range: $100-160k
