Product Manager - Payments Onboarding

We’re seeking a talented and ambitious Product Manager to lead fintech product initiatives, focusing on building compliant, scalable, and user-centric financial products for a global audience.  

In your day-to-day, you will:  

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with business goals and global fintech constraints  
• Own fintech product areas such as payments, onboarding, KYC, and related compliance-driven flows  
• Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into clear, user-friendly product experiences in partnership with legal and compliance teams  
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create detailed product requirements, user journeys, wireframes, and specifications  
• Work with engineering teams to design and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient financial systems  
• Drive A/B testing and experimentation to optimize conversion, trust, and usability across financial flows  

• 2-4 years of product management experience, with clear end to end ownership from discovery and user research through launch, iteration, and measurable impact.

• Hands-on experience building global fintech products, including KYC, onboarding, payments, money movement, and financial compliance flows.

• Strong understanding of fintech regulations and risk across multiple geographies, with proven ability to balance regulatory requirements and excellent user experience in close collaboration with legal, compliance, and risk teams.

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills, including defining success metrics, evaluating experiments, and using insights to drive product decisions and prioritization.

• Strong UX and experimentation sensibilities, with experience working closely with designers, shaping user flows, and running A/B tests in high-trust, high-impact product areas.

• Excellent communication and technical fluency, able to write clear product documentation, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and engage deeply with engineering on system design, tradeoffs, and execution in fast-paced environments.

We also build innovative products that help our users manage their cash and grow their business.
