  • Define strategic priorities and product roadmaps that balance rapid innovation with thoughtful, scalable safeguards.

  • Drive safety and trust initiatives across all products, taking into account industry-leading methods, and ensuring users feel confident engaging with the platform and each other.

  • Develop and refine frameworks and tools for identifying, assessing, and mitigating safety risks across our platform.

  • Establish metrics and feedback loops that help Suno monitor user experience, detect emerging safety challenges, and measure impact over time.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including AI researchers, policy experts, software engineering, design, data, legal, and community operations — to embed safety considerations into product planning and execution.

  • Partner with external teams and industry peers on best practices and the latest technologies for safety in music and social tech environments.

Who You Are
  • A proactive, thoughtful product leader with a commitment to safety who has 6+ years of product management or related roles, with specialty in trust & safety, content moderation, community integrity, or related domains

  • Demonstrates expertise in the field of platform safety from a technical perspective

  • Prioritizes work that has broad impact and scales effectively as Suno grows, and understands how to develop safeguards that can apply holistically across a suite of different products

  • Brings a consumer lens to safety — understanding how features are experienced by real users

  • Has strong analytical skills with a bias toward actionable insights

  • Communicates proactively with technical and non-technical partners alike

  • Thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional, and often ambiguous environments

  • Loves music
