We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead our creator growth tools squad in the Podcast Mission. Spotify continues to invest in video and podcasts, and helping creators find an audience for their work is core to our success. This role is critical to shaping the future of how creators will promote themselves and reach new audiences on and off Spotify.

What You'll Do

  • Drive a clear vision and product roadmap for how creators – from those just starting out to enterprise publishers with many shows – should be able to promote themselves and their content on and off Spotify
  • Collaborate with Design & Engineering partners to write detailed requirements and break down complex deliverables into manageable, sequenced scope
  • Partner with Insights to understand creator perception of our growth tools and competitive offerings, and incorporate that understanding into our future plans
  • Prioritize across a complex product portfolio and diverse customer segments to increase creator value on Spotify
  • Build strong working relationships with teams across Spotify in order to effectively advocate creator’s needs
  • Communicate strategic context at the right level for different stakeholder groups, making sure each audience understands the why behind decisions that were made

Who You Are

  • An experienced product manager with strong strategy and execution skills, and a proven track record of delivering impact for end users
  • Experience building media, creator or ads products is a plus
  • Self-starter who can work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication at multiple levels, from sharing a vision to writing specs
  • Curious to learn more about how creators get discovered on and off Spotify
  • Passionate about creators succeeding & finding their home on Spotify 

Where You'll Be

  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! For this role, you can be within the Americas region as long as we have a work location
  • This team operates within the EST time zone for collaboration

The United States base range for this position is $118,598 - $169,426 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
