About the Job

Search is Changing. We Intend to Win. The era of hacking ten blue links with keyword-stuffed blog posts is over. The future of organic acquisition is driven by Generative AI, Zero-Click environments, and entity-based search. At LTV, we view organic search not as a marketing channel, but as a core engineering and product discipline.

We aren’t looking for a backlog administrator to write Jira tickets for whatever the loudest stakeholder wants. We are looking for an elite Product Manager to join our team to architect winning top-of-funnel acquisition engines across our portfolio of brands. Your mission is to build technically flawless SEO foundations, scale programmatic architectures, and mathematically structure our proprietary data so that both traditional crawlers and next-generation AI engines (LLMs) treat us as the ultimate source of truth in our respective industries.

What You Will Get to Do

  • Technical Infrastructure & Crawl Efficiency: You will treat our crawl budget like a highly protected financial asset. You will partner with engineering to ruthlessly optimize our site architectures, manage facet routing, implement edge-caching, and eliminate technical debt so crawlers can ingest millions of pages flawlessly.
  • Programmatic Taxonomy & Scale: You will build dynamic, scalable architectures. Instead of manually creating pages, you will design the programmatic rules, database schemas, and URL structures required to auto-generate thousands of highly targeted, high-intent landing pages that update in real-time.
  • Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): You will pioneer our transition into AI search. You will architect deep schema markup, semantic HTML, and entity-resolution strategies to ensure our data is instantly consumable and citable by RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews.
  • The Organic-to-Product Loop: Traffic without conversion is just server cost. You will design frictionless, Product-Led Growth (PLG) loops that seamlessly transition anonymous organic visitors into retained, activated users by proving value before demanding a sign-up.
  • Dual-Track Agile: You live and breathe the Product Trio (PM, Design, ENG). You know that Discovery and Delivery happen simultaneously. You will spend your weeks validating the next sprint's strategy while unblocking the current sprint's execution.
  • Protector of "Maker Time": We believe engineers and designers need continuous, uninterrupted hours to do deep work. You will cluster your Agile ceremonies (Refinement, Planning, Retrospectives) to the edges of the week. You defend your team's calendar as fiercely as you defend your product.
  • Ruthless Prioritization: You know the difference between a raw wishlist and a prioritized backlog. You use mathematical frameworks (like RICE or ICE) to remove emotion from roadmapping, gracefully saying no to projects that don't drive our core metrics.
  • Data over Ego: You don't guess. If we have a hypothesis about a new programmatic layout, you test it. You use strict A/B testing, server-log analysis, and Core Web Vitals (CWV) thresholds to prove a feature's viability before scaling it.

What You Bring to the Table

  • PM Chops: 4+ years of Product Management experience on high-traffic, complex consumer web or data-heavy platforms. You have a proven track record of maintaining a weekly or bi-weekly shipping cadence.
  • Technical SEO / GEO Mastery: You possess a deep understanding of server-side vs. client-side rendering (SSR/CSR) tradeoffs, canonicalization logic, Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), and how LLMs parse unstructured vs. structured data.
  • Engineering Fluency: You don't write the code, but you know what a pristine Jira Epic looks like. You can comfortably debate API payloads, database architecture, and technical constraints with your Tech Lead.
  • Strategic Autonomy: You thrive in ambiguity. You don't need a CEO to hand you a feature list; you need a CEO to hand you a business problem, and you will deliver the data-backed roadmap to solve it.

Your Reward for Greatness

  • 100% remote work culture that supports flexibility and work-life balance.
  • Competitive base salary
  • Competitive Annual Performance Bonus
  • Home Utility Bonus
  • Great health insurance including medical, dental, and vision
  • Life insurance and personal accident insurance are fully paid by LTV
  • Voluntary Life and AD&D insurance
  • Pet Insurance via Fetch for those who have furry family members, offering coverage for veterinary expenses and peace of mind.
  • Traditional 401(k) and Roth 401(k) options
    • Eligible Day 1!
    • Company matching up to 6% of your gross annual compensation
    • Fully vested immediately
  • Competitive Paid Time Off and Sick Time provided
  • Day of Personal Significance
  • Birthday Holiday
  • Paid holidays throughout the year
  • Early dismissal before a paid company holiday
  • 5 additional days off for the End of the Year break!
  • Meal delivery twice a week through Seamless/DoorDash
  • Anniversary Appreciation Gifts and Milestones Bonuses
  • Free ClassPass On-Demand workouts to Monthly ClassPass Subsidy
  • Tax Preparation Bonus
  • Home Office Reimbursement Perk up to $500 for your perfect work from home setup
  • Student loan repayment & financial wellness resources via Peanut Butter
  • Travel Expense Reimbursement for Qualifying Medical Care
  • Flexible Savings Account/Health Savings Account
  • Password Management with 1Password
  • Professional Development Budget, training, and opportunities for professional growth - as we grow, you grow!
  • An innovative culture with great people to work with!
