Where Medicine Meets Intelligence

Doctronic is the first AI legally authorized to practice medicine. We're processing millions of consultations monthly with 99%+ treatment plan accuracy validated by board-certified clinicians.

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager, Telehealth to own the human doctor experience at Doctronic. You'll be responsible for the entire physician-patient interaction: scheduling, video visits, asynchronous consultations, and the tools that empower our licensed physicians to deliver exceptional care.

This role sits at the critical intersection of AI and human clinical expertise. You'll design seamless handoffs between our AI diagnostic system and human clinicians, ensuring patients get the right care at the right time. Your work will directly impact wait times, care quality, and the experience of both patients and physicians.

What You'll Do
  • Own the end-to-end telehealth product experience, from scheduling to post-visit follow-up

  • Build and optimize video visit infrastructure and asynchronous consultation workflows

  • Design physician tools that enhance clinical efficiency and decision-making

  • Improve handoffs between AI-powered diagnostics and human clinicians to create a seamless care journey

  • Reduce patient wait times while maintaining or improving care quality standards

  • Partner closely with clinical operations and licensed physicians to understand pain points and opportunities

  • Balance patient needs with physician workflows in a complex two-sided marketplace

  • Define metrics for telehealth success and continuously optimize against them

  • Navigate regulatory requirements and compliance considerations in digital healthcare delivery

Who You Are
  • 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare, telehealth, or marketplace products

  • Comfortable managing operational complexity and two-sided product dynamics

  • Deep understanding of how to balance supply and demand in service marketplaces

  • Strong collaborator who can work effectively with clinical teams, engineers, and operations

  • Empathetic product thinker who considers both patient and physician perspectives

  • Data-informed decision maker with the ability to move quickly in ambiguous situations

  • Passionate about improving healthcare access and quality through technology

Nice to Have
  • Direct experience building telehealth or digital health products

  • Background in marketplace or platform products with multiple user types

  • Understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, state licensing, etc.)

  • Experience working with clinical staff or in healthcare operations

  • Familiarity with video infrastructure and real-time communication tools
