About ShipHawk

ShipHawk is on a mission to Build the Intelligent—and Autonomous—Fulfillment OS.Our Advanced Shipping Software and Warehouse Management System (WMS) help retailers, wholesalers, and ecommerce companies overcome the most complex challenges in their distribution centers — without thrashing workers, the environment, or the bottom line.
If you’re excited to work at the intersection of physical operations, AI, and digital automation, ShipHawk is the place for you.

The Role

We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Warehouse Management System. This role is a critical leader in our product team, responsible for driving the evolution of our WMS offering to solve real-world fulfillment problems at scale. You will collaborate closely with engineering, UX, customer success, and executive leadership to deliver a highly performant, extensible, and user-centric product. ShipHawk’s WMS is unique in the market offering many of the features and flexibility of Tier 1 solutions but targeted at the mid-market.

This role reports directly to our Chief Product Officer. You’ll bring a deep understanding of warehouse workflows, strong systems thinking, and a track record of delivering products in complex B2B settings that integrate multiple systems to automate workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the strategic roadmap for ShipHawk’s WMS, aligning it with company goals and customer needs
  • Drive cross-functional product development from concept to launch, ensuring outcomes over outputs
  • Serve as the internal and external champion of the WMS product, with a deep understanding of customer use cases, industry trends, and competitive dynamics
  • Work directly with enterprise customers and partners to shape product direction, inform prioritization, and guide implementation
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to make architectural tradeoffs that balance scale, flexibility, and time-to-market
  • Lead discovery and validation efforts to ensure every release delivers measurable value to users
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success, adoption, and quality
  • Mentor junior product team members and contribute to the evolution of product management practices at ShipHawk
About You
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in WMS, logistics, supply chain, or ERP systems
  • Deep domain knowledge of warehouse operations, workflows, and optimization
  • Proven success delivering complex, B2B SaaS products in agile environments
  • Systems thinker with strong technical fluency and comfort navigating API-driven environments
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to align stakeholders, rally teams, and drive clarity across functions
  • Highly analytical with a bias for action and comfort making decisions in ambiguity
  • Experience working directly with mid-market or enterprise customers, especially in implementation-heavy environments
Bonus Points
  • Background in ecommerce fulfillment or third-party logistics (3PL)
  • Experience with ERP integration or embedded analytics
  • Startup or high-growth company experience
  • Prior leadership of platform or workflow-heavy products
Why ShipHawk
  • Shape a category-defining product with massive market impact
  • Work with passionate teammates solving real operational problems
  • Competitive compensation and equity
  • Remote flexibility and collaborative team culture
  • Clear path to growth and product leadership
  • Salary Band: $100,000 - $125,000 + Stock Options
