At Joko, we help consumers shop smarter. Our mission is to revolutionize shopping, empowering people to find what they need, make informed decisions, and save money.

Founded in Paris, Joko is a tech company and certified B Corp with over 90 talents across Paris, Barcelona, and New York (and beyond). More than 5 million users already save money every day at 10,000+ merchants with Joko.

From cashback and automatic coupons to price alerts and carbon tracking, we keep expanding our products to make shopping smarter. We’re now building an AI-powered shopping assistant to help users find the best products by price, quality, and impact.

Having reached profitability in our core market, we’re now scaling globally, with a strong focus on the US.
It’s still day 1, come build the future of shopping with us!

📱 Our Product team

Led by Fabien, our VP Product, Joko's Product team groups the passionate individuals behind our users' delight! From brainstorming to development to launch, the Product team's main mission is to turn ideas into reality by working hand-in-hand with the Engineering, Design, and Business teams.

Joko is organized into four product tribes, each owning a key dimension of the company’s value:

  • Business lines owns the current core value proposition, covering online shopping, in-store experiences, and gift cards, each run as a dedicated team.

  • Scale focuses on growing and amplifying this value through growth, international expansion, and shared core user experiences across the app.

  • Joko AI builds the next value proposition: a shopping assistant powered by advanced AI and new interaction models, combining deep technical and product innovation.

  • Internal needs serves teams and non user-facing stakeholders, owning internal tools, infrastructure, compliance, and operational scalability.

🎯 What you will do

At Joko, we believe in end-to-end ownership. As a Product Manager, your responsibility will be to lead a team within a tribe:

  • Roadmap: Define the product vision for your assigned domain and create a detailed roadmap based on input from internal teams and external users. Prioritize developments based on business needs and impact.

  • Features: Own the full lifecycle of features from discovery to launch, including writing specifications, collaborating with design and engineering teams, testing, and monitoring success post-launch.

  • Intelligence: Stay on top of product trends, competitor insights, and user feedback to continuously improve your domain and drive innovation.

  • Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed about the roadmap, progress, and upcoming releases. Act as the go-to expert for your domain.

Who we’re looking for
  • Experience: We’re building a team with a broad range of experiences and seniorities. We expect at least 2 years of experience in Product Management, on consumer-facing products, and ideally mobile apps.

  • Location: Based in France or Spain

  • Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. French is a plus, but it is optional.

  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, thrives on challenges, welcomes feedback, and is driven to improve every day. We're still in the exciting early phase of defining all product culture, team processes and are looking for individuals who want to build this with us!

  • Tech and AI fluency: Comfortable working in a technical environment and eager to understand how things work. Deeply curious and hands-on with new AI tools specifically for product applications.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex topics for various audiences.

  • Analytical skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making.

  • Attention to detail: Ability to spot and fix potential issues early in the process.
