About Carda

Rehab is a pain. So much so that only 10% of qualifying heart and lung patients attend, leading to complications and over $190B in excess costs. Carda is a rapidly growing digital health company changing the way heart and lung conditions are treated in the US. Our program allows patients to complete engaging, compassionate, and life-saving therapy from home, virtually.

Who are we?

We are a team of clinicians, mathematicians, repeat entrepreneurs, engineers, and even one recovering financier. Our united belief is that technology and data, when applied ethically and compassionately, can transform individuals’ lives and change even the most entrenched industries. Carda was founded by Harry and Andrew, two friends from Wharton who share a family history of heart disease and personal experience with cardiac rehab. We are fortunate to be backed by some of the best investors in the business who have also backed the likes of Livongo, Hinge Health, Calm, MDLive, and others.

Who are you?

You'll be our first dedicated Product Manager, joining our 12-person Product and Engineering, reporting directly to the Co-founder and CPO. You're an innovative problem solver with a passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning. As Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and integration of new features and functionalities into Carda Health's digital platform, with a particular focus on AI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, and business stakeholders, to identify and prioritize opportunities that can significantly enhance patient experience and improve clinical outcomes.

In a little more detail:
  • You will build and ship solutions that directly help improve the lives of patients across the US
  • You’ll manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of new solutions into the Carda Health platform
  • You have an experiment-first mindset, wanting to ship and learn quickly
  • You will partner with key stakeholders to understand the business needs and translate them into actionable product initiatives with data
  • You stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technological advancements, evaluating their potential applicability to Carda Health's product roadmap
  • Define and monitor the performance of product features, analyze user feedback, and iterate on the solutions to drive maximum impact
  • Communicate the value of product enhancements to both internal and external stakeholders, including patients, clinicians, and partners
  • Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap, aligning initiatives with the company's strategic objectives
  • You have 4+ years experience as a Product Manager, ideally in digital health, data, AI or a related field
  • You have a strong mathematical and data analysis skillset

What will you do?

  • Partner with key business stakeholders to identify and rank AI opportunities and drive implementation
  • Design, develop, and help deploy AI agent workflows and algorithms to drive efficiency and improve patient experience
  • Perform research and stay up-to-date on AI advancements to apply cutting-edge techniques in the business
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure scalable and robust solutions
  • Participate in strategic initiatives, aligning projects with overall company goals
  • Create, prioritize and manage a roadmap of initiatives that will significantly move the needle on our strategic objectives
  • Create deliverables which can be easily integrated into our product, suggest great off-the-shelf tooling that reduces maintenance burden and monitor results on an ongoing basis

Last but not least you will be an important part of our product team and the overall culture of the company. We expect everyone on our team to have high integrity, compassion and to help create a work culture where colleagues do their best, most challenging work in a positive environment.

We look forward to hearing from you!
