About Kasheesh

Kasheesh is the first platform to let you split any online purchase across multiple debit and credit cards—without needing a loan or a new line of credit. We help people access and manage their money in a way that fits how they live, earn, and spend today. We’re on a mission to give consumers more control and flexibility over how they fund everyday purchases. Whether it's combining your primary card with a fintech card or that gift card you forgot you had, Kasheesh makes it seamless to manage checkout your way. We’re a venture-backed team of fintech operators, builders, and designers reshaping what modern payments should look like.

The Role
We’re hiring a Product Manager to join our growing product team. You’ll lead initiatives to bring clarity and structure to how we prioritize, plan, and deliver features. This is an execution-heavy role where you’ll be responsible for writing detailed feature requirements, building business cases, sizing commercial opportunities, and ensuring quality assurance through launch.

This is a great fit for someone who is analytical, organized, and excited to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Write clear, actionable feature requirements for design and engineering
  • Support roadmap development with a six-month planning outlook
  • Own opportunity sizing and business case development to inform roadmap prioritization
  • Define feature sets that align with overall product strategy
  • Oversee QA efforts for new features and ensure end-to-end readiness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across design, engineering, and quality assurance teams
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and execute go-to-market plans and ensure successful product launches
  • Maintain Productboard and Notion documentation for product planning

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, or Design, ideally in a fintech or startup environment
  • Demonstrated product ownership or experience in product lifecycle management
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Shortcut and Productboard is a plus
  • Ability to operate independently and thrive in a high-velocity environment
  • Passion for solving real customer problems with simple, effective solutions

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $115,000-$135,000. Base salary is just one component of our compensation structure. All full-time employees also receive an equity compensation package. In addition to your base salary and equity, you will be eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, including two fully covered options for individuals. We also offer a 401(k) match, a monthly wellness stipend, basic life insurance, unlimited vacation time and weekly team lunches in our NYC office.

Location
We prefer candidates based in New York City or Austin, TX. Employees in New York City are expected to work from the office at least one day per week. For those based in Austin, the role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings and periodic travel to New York City as needed.

Interview Process
While the interview process may vary by role, the typical framework includes: an application, an HR interview, a peer interview, a hiring manager interview, a case study, and founder interviews.

We are a small team and every team member plays a meaningful role in shaping our mission and impact. We’re excited to meet candidates who are passionate about their work and ready to contribute to our mission. We look forward to hearing from you.
