Product Manager

Currently, we are looking for a Product Manager to join our highly motivated and inspired Zentiva Serbia team.

The role is responsible for creating the necessary marketing plans, setting strategies, developing relationships with key customers, monitoring P&L for the assigned portfolio, and providing ideas for portfolio development.

What Would Be Your Main Responsibilities

• Development, implementation, and execution of marketing plans in order to maximize assigned portfolio performance
• Drives target growth for the assigned portfolio through proactive activity planning, customer relationship-building, and networking
• Responsibility for launching new products
• Making/adapting a sales forecast on a monthly basis
• Market analyses and business cases preparation for existing and potential new products
• Planning and control of the marketing budget
• Assesses activities carried out by the sales team
• Monitoring competition activities and market changes

We Need You To Have

• University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Stomatology
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience withinthe pharmaceutical industry with a focus on good knowledge of the functioning of the healthcare system
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• English fluent, valid driving license, excellent computer skills including MS Office
