Job Overview:

Leap Health is building the world’s most advanced platform for disease management and life extension—pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in digital healthcare. Our mission is ambitious: to not only help people manage illness, but to transform how they live, thrive, and take control of their health.

We’re looking for an exceptional Product Manager to own the strategy, development, and evolution of our patient-facing mobile and web applications. This role is critical to shaping a seamless, intelligent, and engaging experience that empowers patients to book appointments, access records, communicate with care teams, and take an active role in their health journey.

You’ll lead product vision, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration with teams across design, engineering, clinical operations, compliance, marketing, and customer success. Your work will directly influence how millions engage with cutting-edge digital health technologies and redefine what patient experience means in the 21st century.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the full product lifecycle of Leap Health’s patient application—from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Translate vision into actionable strategies, prototypes, roadmaps, and feature sets.
  • Design intuitive, accessible, and highly engaging user experiences that drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop clear product requirements and user stories informed by data, research, and cross-functional input.
  • Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and feedback loops to continuously optimize product performance.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, etc.) throughout the development process.
  • Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders on backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and timely execution.
  • Define and track success metrics to measure patient outcomes and experience.
  • Stay ahead of digital health trends and emerging technologies to maintain Leap Health’s leadership position.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in healthtech, with a proven track record of building and scaling patient-facing applications.
  • Deep understanding of disease management, healthcare workflows, and the clinical + administrative patient journey.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in regulated healthcare environments and partnering closely with compliance teams.
  • Passion for improving lives through technology and a relentless commitment to product excellence.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range of $110,000-$120,000.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) with up to 4% employer match.
  • Commuter benefits and flexible spending accounts (FSA).
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.
  • Hybrid work schedule with a brand-new office in the heart of NYC’s Financial District.
  • Regular social events, birthday celebrations, and company-sponsored lunches via Grubhub.
