Position Overview
As our first product manager hire you will help shape and execute our strategy for building out the Conduit platform and defining this role going forward.
Our product philosophy is rooted in a high emphasis on enabling Customer Strategists and users to build and configure workflows in a self-service manner. Product and engineering work is largely driven by customer needs, business development goals, and feedback relayed by Customer Strategists.
To that end, your role will be to work with Customer Strategists to gather requirements and scope requests across customers, collaborate with engineers to build new end-to-end features, partner with the C-suite on strategic product objectives, and ensure our product capabilities are serving end-customers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Conduit platform in close partnership with Customer Strategists, Software Engineers, and the Founders
Track and plan day-to-day engineering work, including daily standup, bi-weekly sprints, and ad-hoc requests as-needed
Engage regularly with users and Customer Strategists to deepen product insights, facilitate requirement gathering, and tie feature development to operational impact
Work closely with the C-suite to ensure product priorities are tied to company goals
Partner with engineers on the end-to-end lifecycle of platform features, from concept through launch and iteration
Shape and define this role as the team scales, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Contribute actively to company-wide strategy, culture, and growth initiatives
Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in product management, including engineering, customer, and executive stakeholder management
Comfort in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, and an ability to defend your positions
Technical fluency and ability to learn quickly, especially related to LLM platforms
Excellent communication and organization skills, both verbal and written
Track record of defining requirements, delivering results, and iterating based on user feedback
Ability and willingness to travel as needed (up to 25% domestically)
Strong preference for government product experience, including classified workflows, compliance regimes, and operating environments
Minimum Secret clearance preferred, US citizenship required
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is between $160-210k for role with opportunity for significant equity and will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and clearance. Additional benefits include full health coverage, unlimited PTO, and the unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, mission-focused product.

This position must be based in New York or Washington, DC.
