Job Description
About the role:
We’re looking for a Product Manager with 1-3 years of experience to help define, build, and improve products that deliver meaningful value to customers and the business. You’ll work on a team that consists of 3 PMs (including yourself), designers, and a growing engineering team - and will work cross-functionally with all. On a daily basis you may also engage with marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams to identify problems, prioritize opportunities, and ship solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, customer-focused, and eager to grow their product skill set across the full product lifecycle. Strong interest in the theater world or experience in Ticketing/E-Commerce is a huge plus!
What you'll do:
Product Discovery & Strategy
Partner with stakeholders to understand customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities
Conduct customer research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis
Translate insights into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and product opportunities
Contribute to product strategy, roadmaps, and goal-setting (OKRs, KPIs, etc.)
Execution & Delivery
Own the definition and delivery of product features from concept through launch
Write clear product requirements and acceptance criteria
Prioritize work using structured frameworks (e.g., impact vs. effort, RICE, etc.)
Collaborate closely with engineering to scope, plan, and deliver high-quality solutions
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with design on user flows, wireframes, and UX decisions
Partner with marketing and sales on launches, positioning, and go-to-market plans
Collaborate with customer support and success teams to identify pain points and opportunities
Communicate product updates, decisions, and tradeoffs to stakeholders
Measurement & Iteration
Define success metrics and track product performance post-launch
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate impact and inform next steps
Gather feedback and iterate to improve usability, adoption, and outcomes
Identify and help address bugs, edge cases, and usability issues
Qualifications
Required:
1–3 years of experience in a Product Manager, Associate PM, or similar role
Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, stakeholders)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable requirements
Comfort using data to inform decisions (basic analytics, metrics, dashboards)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Really Nice to Have:
A passion for the arts and/or experience in the theater world
Experience in SaaS or Ecommerce
Nice to Have:
Experience with Agile / Scrum product development
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, or similar
Exposure to customer research methods and usability testing
Experience supporting product launches or feature rollouts
Background in SaaS, consumer products, or digital platforms
