You’ll work on a team that consists of 3 PMs (including yourself), designers, and a growing engineering team - and will work cross-functionally with all. On a daily basis you may also engage with marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams to identify problems, prioritize opportunities, and ship solutions.

What you'll do:

Product Discovery & Strategy

Execution & Delivery

  • Own the definition and delivery of product features from concept through launch

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with design on user flows, wireframes, and UX decisions
  • Partner with marketing and sales on launches, positioning, and go-to-market plans
  • Collaborate with customer support and success teams to identify pain points and opportunities
  • Communicate product updates, decisions, and tradeoffs to stakeholders

Measurement & Iteration

  • Define success metrics and track product performance post-launch
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate impact and inform next steps
  • Gather feedback and iterate to improve usability, adoption, and outcomes
  • Identify and help address bugs, edge cases, and usability issues
