Arc is the future of startup finance.

Join Arc as we redefine finance and banking for the innovation economy.

We're on a mission to provide founders and CFOs with a trusted banking and growth capital solution that aligns with their fast-paced needs. With thousands of VC-backed tech companies already on the Arc platform today, we're proud to offer a friendlier and unrestricted path to cash management and growth capital.

We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and experienced Product Manager (flexible on leveling) to help shape and scale the next generation of Arc’s platform. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver meaningful features across our core cash management products. You’ll be expected to think strategically, move fast, and take full ownership of projects from idea to launch and beyond.

You don’t need to have many years of experience - but you do need to be curious, thoughtful, and relentless about solving customer problems. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns quickly, and knows how to get things over the finish line.

🚀 What You’ll Accomplish Here:
  • Own product initiatives end-to-end - from discovery and research to scoping, execution, and iteration

  • Collaborate with design and engineering to build thoughtful, high-quality user experiences

  • Partner with go-to-market and operations teams to deeply understand customer needs and pain points

  • Collaborate on launch strategy to ensure successful rollouts and strong customer adoption

  • Analyze user behavior and data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and prioritize what matters most

  • Break down complex problems into simple solutions and ship quickly without losing sight of long-term vision

🌟 What You Bring:
  • Strong experience in product, strategy, or a fast-paced startup environment (we’re flexible on leveling - open to senior PMs to APMs to smart operators who’ve shipped things before)

  • Deep finance and/or accounting expertise - able to identify pain points, apply regulatory insight and translate accounting/financial customer needs into detailed product requirements

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills - able to work well across engineering, design, GTM, and leadership

  • Scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable diving into problems without perfect information

  • Clear product thinking and user intuition, with an ability to connect the dots between technical details and customer value

  • Analytical mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation

  • High ownership mentality - you care deeply about the quality of your work and don’t wait for permission to make things better

  • Some technical background (e.g. experience working with APIs, data, or engineering teams) is a plus. Some fintech experience is also a plus - but not required

💥 What We Bring:
  • Founding team from Notion, Stanford, LinkedIn, Affirm, Meta, Tesla, Brex, Twilio, and beyond

  • Hybrid work w/ office in NYC

  • Funding from top VCs like Y Combinator, NfX, Bain Capital, and Left Lane

  • Excellent benefits including unlimited PTO, paid medical, dental, vision, etc.
