The Impact
We are looking for a driven, self-starter who’s ready to take end-to-end ownership of Niva’s core product roadmap. You’ll define and refine our product vision, strategy, and execution with the goal of making business onboarding truly seamless for our customers. Working with engineers and designers, you’ll craft creative and intuitive solutions that leverage AI to transform something that’s complex and cumbersome into something delightful. This role demands a deep understanding of our customers’ challenges, an obsession with creating delightful user experiences, and a willingness to work side-by-side with our co-founders to drive ambitious company goals. If empowering global B2B enterprises with cutting-edge technology excites you, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the vision and strategy for Niva’s core product
    • Define our roadmap and prioritize features while balancing customer needs with ambitious business goals.
  • Become the resident domain expert
    • Conduct customer interviews, shadow sales calls, and research compliance workflows to identify friction points in business verification processes.
  • Convert customer pain points into elegant solutions
    • Develop features that address pain points that customers did not believe could be solved, like how we reduce back-and-forth during the onboarding process with instantly validating complex documents.
  • Foster tight collaboration between product, engineering, and design
    • Create alignment on priorities and a shared product vision.
  • Measure and iterate on product success
    • Define and track key metrics like verification completion rates and time-to-decision, continuously improving the customer experience and bringing more value.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of product management experience, including time at a startup.
  • Experience with building and scaling B2B enterprise products.
  • Strong product sense and the judgement to balance user needs with business impact.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced early-stage environment, comfortable making decisions even with limited information.
  • Proven track record of building products from 0 to 1, having successfully launched new products or major features.
  • Excited to shape the product, company, and culture from the ground up.

What we offer
  • Competitive salary range of $190,000 - $220,000
  • Substantial equity in the company
  • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)
  • Flexible working hours and flexible time off
  • A chance to be a part of a pioneering company with a mission to revolutionize global trust and commerce
