The Product Marketing Intern is part of the Sales and Business Services department, which resides on the Marketing and Communications team and reports to the Senior Product Marketing Manager. The primary purpose of this role is to gain hands on marketing experience while supporting key functions across performance reporting, content development, go-to-market campaigns, and paid media initiatives. This position will provide exceptional service to all customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention and representing CIS in a professional and courteous manner.

What You'll Do:

  • Create performance reporting and analyze the data

  • Assist with creating and organizing marketing content

  • Collaborate with Product and Partner Marketing team members on day‑to‑day marketing projects

  • Assist in launching MS-ISAC Connect and other go-to-market campaigns by developing and executing marketing tasks across email, webinars, and paid advertising, while tracking and reporting on monthly and quarterly performance metrics

  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

What You'll Need: 

  • 2 years of study in Marketing or related field

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Familiarity with Marketing functions and social media platforms

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with grammar and spelling

  • Organized with the ability to handle multiple projects within tight time constraints

  • Strong communication, problem solving, collaboration, and analytical skills

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

It's a Plus if You Have:

  • Experience with marketing tools including Sprout Social, Pardot, Matomo, Canva, Google Analytics, and others

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) and/or marketing automation tools
