We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead our SMB segment for a maternity leave coverage contract, with the potential to extend. This role is ideal for someone eager to own the end to end SMB experience during a pivotal growth phase. The contract period is planned to run from May 1, 2026 through the end of November 2027.

You will serve as the crucial link between our cross-functional teams, directing the end-to-end SMB experience, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative and a seamless product journey support our "North Star" customer journey. You will lead high-visibility initiatives, refine our global SMB narrative, and serve as the internal champion for the user.

Responsibilities: 

  • Orchestrate Cross-Functional Initiatives: Lead high-stakes campaigns that span the entire funnel. You will align teams to ensure the SMB experience is frictionless and cohesive, not siloed.

  • Be the "Voice of the User": You’ll partner with Customer Success on the feedback loop. By deeply understanding the app experience and monitoring user sentiment, you will provide the strategic North Star for how we evolve our SMB offering.

  • Evolve the SMB Narrative: Craft the high-level positioning and messaging that guides our global presence. You’ll ensure that our value proposition is clear, consistent, and resonant across every touchpoint.

  • Enablement & CX Packaging: Translate product value into reality. You will lead the development of education, training, and sales/pitch materials that empower our teams to communicate the product’s power effectively.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in PMM or related field, with a significant portion dedicated to the SMB space.

  • You are comfortable leading and driving consensus across diverse departments.

  • You have a portfolio of work showing how you’ve turned complex products into simple and effective narratives.

Pay Range:

$100 - $130k
