About Lawhive

Our mission is to make the law accessible to everyone.

The legal industry is built on technology and processes that haven’t been updated in hundreds of years - that's why we've reinvented the entire model from the ground up with our own bespoke AI operating system at the core.

Lawhive is a regulated law firm with an AI-native platform built to amplify expertise and revolutionise the way people practice law, leading to exceptional outcomes for clients and lawyers.

Lawhive Labs is how we bring this vision to life. It's our frontier lab that combines top engineering, design, AI and legal talent from around the world, joining forces to build the future of law.

We’re backed by top-tier investors, including Google Ventures, Balderton Capital and TQ Ventures, and in December 2025, we secured $60M Series B funding round to facilitate international expansion and to grow our team.

We’re headquartered in London and in 2025 successfully launched in the US…and we’re just getting started.

The Role

Lawhive started in the UK with a simple but radical idea: build an AI-native law firm that makes legal help accessible to everyone. It worked. We proved the model, built the platform, and established ourselves as one of the fastest-growing legal businesses in Europe. Now we're bringing it to the US.

Our US strategy is built on acquisition. We identify and acquire leading consumer law firms across family law, immigration, real estate, civil litigation, and IP, and integrate them into the Lawhive network. Firms that join get Lawrence, our AI paralegal, alongside the operational infrastructure already proven in the UK: the tools, the playbooks, and the platform to serve more clients and grow their revenue in ways that weren't possible before.

As our Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a critical role in executing the go-to-market strategy and taking Lawhive’s frontier AI platform to the US market, ensuring law firm owners and attorneys understand our AI native product, our model, and what joining the network means for their practice. That means owning the market intelligence that sharpens our targeting, the positioning and messaging that makes our proposition land, the launches that roll out new capabilities across our acquired firm network, and the sales and M&A enablement that helps our commercial teams win. It's a broad, high-impact remit that combines product marketing fundamentals with the pace and ambition of one of the most exciting plays in legal tech today.

What You'll Do
  • Market & Customer Intelligence: Research law firm owners, managing partners, and attorneys across our target practice areas: understand their motivations, growth blockers, and what makes Lawhive's model compelling vs. alternatives

  • Positioning & Messaging: Own positioning and messaging for Lawhive's platform: how we talk about it, the integration journey, and the commercial upside for firms that join; Translate complex product capabilities into language that resonates with firm owners.

  • Product & Feature Launches: Plan and execute go-to-market for new platform capabilities as they roll out across the acquired firm network; Build internal enablement so the M&A and commercial teams can articulate every update clearly and consistently.

  • Sales & M&A Enablement: Create the materials that power deal conversations: pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling, battlecards, and deal narratives; Develop case studies and success stories from lawyers already on the platform that give prospects the proof they need to move.

What You'll Bring
  • Strong background in B2B tech product marketing, ideally in SaaS, legal-tech, or professional services technology

  • Demonstrated results across the core PMM remit: market research, positioning, product launches, and sales enablement that drove measurable outcomes (pipeline growth, improved conversion, shorter sales cycles)

  • Experience marketing to professional services audiences: lawyers, financial professionals, or similar

  • Background supporting consultative, deal-led processes: enterprise sales, partnerships, or M&A

  • Exceptional writer who can translate a complex AI product into benefits that resonate with lawyers, not engineers

  • Commercially sharp with the instincts to understand what moves a law firm owner

  • Self-directed, comfortable building from scratch, and energised by ambiguity

Bonus Points
  • Experience at an AI-native or AI-first startup

  • Exposure to the US consumer legal market or law firm operations

  • Background in M&A or integration marketing

Interview Process
  • Introductory call with our Talent team

  • 1:1 with the CEO/Co-founder

  • Cross-functional interview our Head of Brand and MD North America

  • Values interview with one of our Founders

  • 🎉 We offer!

Benefits
  • 🩺 Healthcare benefits: 'Premium' plan with 100% employee cover and 50% dependent cover

  • ✈️ Vacation: 20 days + 11 Federal holidays + 1 day of Birthday leave

  • 💰 401k: Matching contribution up to 2% of salary

  • 💰 Equity: Options in Lawhive LTD
