We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join the Hammerspace product marketing team. This individual-contributor role is well suited to someone who combines strong technical curiosity with excellent writing, project management, and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate can independently drive assigned projects, manage a varied set of priorities, and translate complex infrastructure concepts into clear, compelling materials for customers, partners, and the field.


As part of the product marketing team, you will collaborate with team members and colleagues across the broader Marketing organization, while working closely with Product Management, Sales, and strategic technology partners. Your work will span product and solution content, competitive and sales enablement, partner materials,

presentations, and campaign support. You will help the team apply Hammerspace’s messaging clearly and consistently across a wide range of go-to-market activities.


Key Responsibilities

• Content Development: Create and maintain clear, technically accurate product and solution content, including data sheets, solution briefs, presentations, FAQs, white papers, and other materials for customers, partners, and the field.

• Alliance Enablement: Collaborate with strategic technology partners and internal stakeholders to develop joint messaging, solution content, presentations, sales tools, and other materials that support partner go-to-market initiatives.

• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape. Translate relevant insights into competitive briefs, battlecards, messaging recommendations, and other materials that support the product marketing team and the field.

• Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain presentations, playbooks, talk tracks, competitive tools, and training materials that help Sales understand Hammerspace’s capabilities, communicate its value, and engage customers

effectively.

• Messaging & Positioning: Help develop, refine, and apply messaging that clearly communicates Hammerspace’s differentiation and value to technical and business audiences.

• Technical Storytelling: Work with Product Management, Engineering, and other subject-matter experts to understand Hammerspace’s technology and translate complex capabilities and architectural concepts into clear, compelling narratives for technical and business audiences.

• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the broader Marketing organization to develop messaging, content, and sales materials that support integrated campaigns, events, product initiatives, and other go-to-market programs.

Qualifications

-Must be based in US.

• Experience: 5+ years of product marketing, technical marketing, solutions marketing, or related experience in Data Storage, with a demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and deliver high-quality work.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, data storage, file systems, or related technologies, with the ability and curiosity to quickly learn Hammerspace’s architecture, capabilities, and use cases.

• Infrastructure Familiarity: Familiarity with AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, data-intensive workflows, and hybrid or multi-cloud environments, or the ability to develop a strong understanding of these areas quickly.

• Content Creation: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content for technical and business audiences across a variety of formats.

• Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple concurrent deliverables, coordinate reviews, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in enterprise infrastructure, data storage, AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, or another technically complex market.

• Previous experience supporting technology partnerships, alliances, or joint go-to- market initiatives.

• Experience working in a startup or other fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $125,000-150,000. Actual compensation will be

determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional/education

experience, skills/abilities, internal equity, and budgetary considerations. In addition, Hammerspace

offers a broad range of health plans for medical, dental, vision, life and disability. We also offer 401k
