About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager owns how Prizeout’s products are positioned, brought to market, understood, and adopted across our partners and their members. 

This cross-functional role sits at the intersection of Product, Client Experience, Sales, and Marketing. With a deep understanding of our products, partners, and market, this person will translate insights into clear positioning, go-to-market strategies, and recommendations for driving product adoption and engagement. They will play an important role in evaluating the existing user experience and identifying opportunities to help users discover and get more value from Prizeout products.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and ensure clear and consistent positioning and messaging across Prizeout products.

  • Build go-to-market strategies for new products, features, integrations, and enhancements.

  • Translate complex product functionality into simple, compelling narratives for partners, employees, and end users.

  • Partner with Product to understand the roadmap and proactively prepare teams and partners for upcoming releases.

  • Develop a strong understanding of our partners and end, and how they discover, adopt, and engage with Prizeout products.

  • Analyze product adoption, engagement, and usage to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Partner internally to create employee and partner training, as well as materials to equip Sales with supporting resources. .

  • Serve as a bridge between customer-facing teams and Product, ensuring partner and user insights inform product and GTM decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • 4-7 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, product growth, product management, or a related role.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and customer-facing teams.

  • Experience in fintech, loyalty, rewards, or at a startup strongly preferred.
  • Ability to take a complex product or idea and turn it into a simple, compelling story.

  • Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute and get into the details.

  • Analytical mindset and comfort using data to understand customer behavior and identify opportunities.

  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies and supporting product launches.

  • Strong project management and communication skills.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where roles and processes are still evolving.

  • Must be able to work full-time (5 days/week) in our NYC office.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. indefinitely. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

  •  

    The expected salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, plus an equity component.
