Who We Are

Perchwell is the modern real estate listings platform built for agents to search smarter, collaborate better, and close deals faster. We are building the future of residential real estateʼs critical listings infrastructure: a platform where market  research and client collaboration converge. Our modern architecture enables continuous innovation at a pace legacy systems cannot match, with AI-powered features and mobile-first capabilities designed for how agents actually work. As consumer expectations and technology evolve, Perchwell remains focused on our core vision:  empowering real estate professionals with the most intelligent, data-driven, and connected platform in the industry.

Backed by leading venture capital firms including Lux Capital and Founders Fund, along with strategic partnerships with some of the country's top Multiple Listing Services (MLSs), Perchwell represents the first major new platform to enter the listings technology market in decades. This unique combination of institutional investment and deep industry alignment provides both the resources and market validation needed to transform the multi-trillion dollar residential real estate industry.

The role

We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to bring Perchwell's product to market (GTM). You will influence the positioning and messaging for our product, specializing in the product and customer launches that put each release in front of Executive leadership, staff, and real estate agents, and the communication programs that move thousands of real estate agents onto the Perchwell platform. You will execute product and customer launches, run the launch calendar, and build the systems that let a small team ship at the pace the product does.

Perchwell releases to every customer at once and ships continuously, so product launches are a steady stream rather than a few big moments a year. Each release needs messaging that is accurate for the people who run Multiple Listings Services (MLS) and useful to the agents who use our product, along with the assets that drive adoption. The launch process has to be systematic for this to work, and you will grow into owning it end to end, from the roadmap conversation with Product through go-live and the post-launch read on adoption.

Customer launches are the second half of the job. When an MLS moves its membership onto Perchwell, the transition runs over several months. You would build each communication plan with the MLS and our Customer Success team, write what goes out, and carry what you learn into the next one.

We strive to build a systematic marketing team enabled by AI, and the right candidate for this role should be eager to learn and implement AI as a core component of the role. The marketing team implements a shared library of skills, knowledge, and workflows, and we expect this person to extend it. Every recurring step in a launch is a candidate for a system that produces a reviewable first draft in minutes, and you would build and maintain those systems so the team's output keeps up with the product's release pace.

This role will report into the Product Marketing Lead. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong writing, product judgment, and the organizational discipline to keep several launches moving at once, and who is eager to build the function as we grow quickly.

What you will doProduct launches and communication
  • Run the launch cadence for each release: the brief, the asset checklist, the timeline, and go-live, with Product and Customer Success inputs tracked and chased.

  • Write the positioning and messaging for each product area, from Search and Add/Edit to Client Collaboration, Reports and Analytics, Admin, and Mobile, and keep the messaging source of truth current.

  • Produce the launch assets: release messaging, help center articles and updates, Intercom macros for the support team, MLS staff enablement briefs, member emails, What's New entries, and in-app messages.

  • Turn a technical capability into what an agent, an MLS admin, or an MLS CEO can now do, in their words.

  • Keep product pages, one-pagers, and demo-deck sections current as the product moves.

Customer launches
  • Own the member-facing communication plan for each MLS conversion, from announcement through the parallel period, training cohorts, cutover, and the first months after.

  • Develop campaigns that drive adoption: announcement and reminder emails, newsletter sections, training invitations, town hall materials, FAQ and support Q&A docs, and creative campaigns.

  • Work directly with the MLS's leadership and staff, and with Perchwell's Customer Success and implementation team, to execute launches as a team.

  • Track adoption through launches and feed what you learn into the next launch.

  • Partner with Customer Success to capture testimonials and case studies to enable the Sales team and marketing materials.

Systems and velocity
  • Build and maintain AI skills and templates, so recurring work starts from a system rather than a blank page.

  • Run the launch calendar, cross-functional inputs, and post-launch reviews as a repeatable process, and tighten it after every launch.

  • Use AI in your own research and production: competitive scans, customer transcript review, first drafts, and checks against the house voice.

What success looks like
  • Product launches ship on schedule with a complete asset set, and MLS staff have what they need to answer member questions on day one.

  • Customer launches hit their cutover dates with members informed, trained, and using the platform.

  • Perchwell's product and service story is tailored to each audience and consistently reinforced in all collateral.

  • Launch assets take less time each quarter because the systems behind them improve.

Who you are
  • You have 3+ professional experience in product marketing, lifecycle or customer marketing, content marketing, or an adjacent role at a B2B software company where you owned launches, campaigns, or a content program end to end.

  • You write clearly and can show it.

  • You bring structure to cross-functional work. You build the plan, keep the checklist, chase the inputs, and hit the date, usually on several projects at once.

  • You are comfortable in front of customers.

  • You want to understand how real estate agents, brokers, and MLSs work, and you can learn a technical product fast.

  • You work easily with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Design, and keep people informed without being asked.

  • You use AI tools every day and have turned at least one recurring piece of work into a system other people rely on.

  • You take a project from idea through execution and iteration without being managed closely.

  • You seek feedback and apply it.

  • Have a willingness to travel.

Real estate or proptech experience is a plus.
