  • Strong positioning and messaging skills, with writing samples that make complex, data-heavy products easy to understand.

  • Experience building sales enablement that reps use, such as pitch decks, battlecards, and ROI tools.

  • Comfort with operational and financial concepts like food cost, labor cost, margin, and ROI.

  • Experience running customer interviews, win/loss programs, or market research and turning findings into action.

Additional skills:

  • Experience marketing restaurant technology, hospitality software, or retail operations software.

  • Familiarity with back-office categories like inventory management, labor scheduling, business intelligence, or loss prevention.

  • Experience marketing AI or analytics products to non-technical buyers.

  • Experience selling into both enterprise brands and multi-unit franchisees.

  • Customer proof: Build case studies, references, and quantified results with customer success, especially margin recovered and hours saved.

  • Content and campaigns: Partner with demand generation and content teams on campaigns, webinars, web pages, and trade show presence for PAR OPS & POS.

  • Platform story: Show how PAR OPS works with PAR POS and the rest of the PAR platform to drive cross-sell and unified-platform deals.

  • Pricing and packaging input: Support product and finance on packaging, bundles, and pricing for PAR OPS modules.

Interview Process:
