About the Role...

At Dutchie, we power the technology that helps cannabis dispensaries and brands thrive. From point-of-sale and payments to e-commerce and supply chain, we’re building the backbone of a modern, compliant, and customer-friendly cannabis industry. 

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team and help shape how our products are positioned in the market. This role will focus on turning insights about our customers, competitors, and the cannabis industry into clear, compelling narratives and resources that drive adoption and growth.

What You’ll Do...

Positioning & Messaging

  • Own a product portfolio and be the creative mind behind the positioning of your products as well as the keeper of that voice, ensuring all of our materials and sales enablement reflects that positioning.
  • Translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions that drive customer adoption.
  • Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with cannabis retailers and brands.
  • Build case studies and customer success stories that showcase the impact of Dutchie’s products in the market.

Market & Competitive Insights

  • Manage Dutchie’s competitive intelligence knowledge base, ensuring sales, product, and leadership have easy access to the latest insights. You’ll monitor competitors and industry trends to keep Dutchie ahead of evolving customer needs and maintain category leadership.
  • Contribute to a greater company wide understanding of why we win and lose deals, and turn those insights into marketing and enablement materials. 
  • Package insights into digestible formats that influence product roadmaps, sales plays, and executive decision-making.Market & competitive insights

 Customer & Sales Enablement

  • Create and manage enablement materials including pitch decks, competitive battlecards, one-pagers, FAQs, and training sessions.
  • Build compelling content and resources that support the customer journey from awareness through adoption.
  • Partner with sales, product, sales enablement, and marketing teams to ensure consistent and effective delivery of Dutchie’s value story.
What You’ll Bring...
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or related roles. (B2B SaaS or regulated industry experience is a plus).
  • Experience conducting competitive research and packaging insights into formats that drive action.
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with sales, product, enablement, and marketing teams.
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong writing, communication, and content creation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging content.

You’ll Get… 

We are targeting a starting salary of $115,000 - $165,000 based on the intended level for this role. 

In addition to cash compensation, our total rewards package includes:

  • Technology (hardware, software, reading materials, etc..) allowance
