About Venn

Venn is the Intelligent Resident Operating System that connects every part of apartment living—payments, maintenance, amenities, community, and daily interactions—into one seamless experience. Operators get automation and clarity. Residents get a personalized hub for home.

What sets Venn apart is what’s ahead: we’re building one of the most powerful consumer channels of the next decade. The lifestyle economy is worth $2.5T, but brands still can’t reach people where they live. By 2026, Venn will sit inside 1 million homes, with real engagement across social groups, building services, smart hardware, and daily resident behavior. It’s first-party insight at a granularity no other industry in the world can match.

We’re backed by leading investors, trusted by innovators like Related and Bozzuto, and scaling fast. If you want to help shape a category and influence how people experience home, this role sits at the center of that story.

About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager turns Venn’s product and messaging into clear, compelling content that drives pipeline and demo conversion. You’ll focus on launches, sales enablement, and data-backed storytelling that helps prospects and customers understand our value instantly.

You’ll collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing on positioning, with Creative on visuals, and with Demand Gen on distribution. This role fits someone who’s a strong writer, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and knows how to prioritize work that supports revenue.

Success means delivering crisp, human, on-brand content that supports demos, shortens sales cycles, and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Execution
    • Turn product and integration briefs into clear messaging and launch plans.
    • Decide the right level of promotion and channels (email, website, social, release notes, video, etc.).
    • Follow a lightweight, repeatable launch process that keeps teams aligned and approvals simple.
    • Own execution of all content with support from Creative and Demand Gen.
  • Sales Enablement & Data Storytelling
    • Build and maintain battle cards and key enablement tools.
    • Surface compelling product usage insights with the Data and Partnerships teams.
    • Strengthen testimonials and case studies with meaningful metrics.
    • Identify product moments that reinforce Venn’s narrative and can fuel sales, demand, and social content.
  • Execute projects tied directly to company goals, including:
    • Growing to 1M units by end of 2026
    • Increasing demo volume and sales velocity
    • Supporting customer expansion and platform adoption

Who You Are

  • A clear, concise storyteller who translates features into value
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally supporting an enterprise or multi-product platform
  • Experience building and executing a Product Marketing strategy including PMM content, launches, and sales enablement
  • A fast learner who can quickly ramp on complex products, integrations, and customer use cases
  • Comfortable with fast-moving priorities and collaborative workflows
  • Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and brand consistency
  • Curious, proactive, and focused on impact
  • Willing to travel ~10% for conferences and customer meetings

What Success Looks Like

  • You deliver high-impact content on time and aligned with company priorities
  • You collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and GTM teams
  • You ask smart questions, seek clarity, and tie work to measurable goals
  • Your work contributes to more demos, faster cycles, and stronger customer outcomes
